Common questions

How do I sign in?

Choose Retail POS or DINO POS and sign in with the same username and password you use for your NukkadShops POS. If you can’t sign in, ask your store admin to check your POS user and its permissions (Retail: GRN; DINO: Raw Material Inwards).

How do I receive goods from an invoice?

Tap New goods receipt, take a photo of every page of the invoice (or pick it from your gallery or files), and tap Read invoice. Check the items that need attention, then review the totals and submit the GRN. The stock is added to your POS.

An item wasn’t matched

Open the item and pick the right POS item, or add it as a new item. The app remembers your choice for that supplier.

Invoice-reading balance

Reading an invoice uses your business’s prepaid balance. You are not charged when an invoice can’t be read. You can always enter items manually. To add balance, contact us or use the NukkadShops GRN website.
